The Town of Grimsby is one of the fastest growing municipalities in the Niagara Region with its population growing by 7.9 per cent between 2011 and 2016. Grimsby's population is expected to increase over the next decade. The town's growth rate is greater than that of the provincial average of 4.6 per cent and the national average of 5 per cent.
