Zoning By-Law Amendment
Depending on your planned use of a property or if you’re making certain changes not allowed by Grimsby’s zoning by-law, you may need to apply for a zoning by-law amendment (ZBA), also known as rezoning. A ZBA can be considered only if your proposed use is allowed by Grimsby’s Official Plan. Small changes to the zoning by-law can be assessed through the minor variance process.
