Family activities and crafts at the Grimsby Museum!

Admission by donation in support of The Grimsby Museum. *When registering on Eventbrite please type in the the amount you wish to donate during the registration process.

 

Registrants can drop-in any time between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm

 

All ages are welcome. Pre-registration required. Registration will be cut off once capacity is reached.

Parents and guardians stay with their child(ren) for the program. Children can not be dropped off.

REFUNDS MAY BE REQUESTED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT START TIME. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR DUE TO PLANNING COSTS INCURRED BY THE MUSEUM.

All levels welcome, ages 12+. All materials provided. Participants get to take home their pens and nibs, some ink and all paper materials.

Hosted by the Grimsby Museum at The Olive Board Grimsby (376 Winston Rd, Grimsby, ON L3M 0H2)

 

Perfect for a girls night, friends gathering or date night! Everyone is welcome!

 

Each Ticket includes:

  • 1 glass of wine/mocktail (more can be purchased at event)
  • Wide selection of charcuterie
  • Paint on your own wine glasses. Each registrant will be given 2 wine glasses to paint and take home.
  • Simple paint instruction and materials provided. No experience necessary. Paint instruction provided by Corina Baron. Or paint your own design if you wish.

2 Tour Dates:

Wednesday October 9th at 6:00 pm

Wednesday October 23rd at 6:00 pm

Tour St. Andrew's graveyard by lantern light and hear true eerie stories of past Grimsby residents.

Pre-registration is required online through eventbrite. Limited space available. Groups are kept small to ensure a quality tour.

Tours are approximately 1 hour

Recommended for ages 12+

4th Annual Spirits with Spirits presented by the Grimsby Museum

Pre-registration required online through eventbrite

Thursday October 17th at 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Southward Park, Grimsby (indoor only)

Ages 19+ only

$ 75.00/person

What is included in your ticket cost:

  • Spiritual group reading with psychic medium, Keven Whitaker (*please note, not everyone is guaranteed a reading, this is a group presentation).
  • Delicious cocktails and food catered by Smoke and Moonshine. Ticket price includes full dinner, dessert and 1 cocktail (alcohol or mocktail options available). Additional drinks may be purchased at the event.
  • Live music by Josh Coulter
  • Event proceeds benefit valuable museum functions including community education programs and artifact collection care.

Saturday October 19th 

1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Ghost hunt in the museum galleries, glow in the dark disco party and crafts! Take home grab bag included. Costumes encouraged, but are completely optional.

Pre-registration required online through eventbrite. Limited capacity. Registration will be cut off once capacity is reached.

Ages:0-12, Parents and guardians must stay with their child(ren) for the program. Children can not be dropped off.

$15/child (plus tax and eventbrite fees)* Children 1 year of age and up require their own ticket. Infants are welcome with siblings.
