2024 Mayor's Masters Tournament

You're invited to the 2024 Mayor's Masters Tournament, a charity golf tournament organized on behalf of Mayor Jordan and the Town of Grimsby!

All net proceeds from this event will support the Town's Community Services Department and United Way Niagara.

Agenda

A foursome registration includes a scramble golf tournament, golf cart, lunch, dinner, and a player gift.

11:00 am: Registration Opens & Boxed Lunch
12:30 pm: Start of the Golf Tournament (shotgun start)
6:00 pm: 3-Course Dinner

A 50/50 draw will also be offered during the event (Lottery #M818450).

Corporate Foursome: $1,000

  • Includes four (4) golf positions, a cart, lunch, dinner, and a player gift, and
  • Includes the closest-to-the-pin and longest drive competitions.

Platinum Sponsor: $5,000 (SOLD OUT)

  • 4 golf positions included
  • Recognition on the tournament scorecard
  • Large sponsorship sign placed on the course (on a prominent hole)
  • Recognition (name and logo) on the PowerPoint
  • Recognition (name and logo) in the event brochure, and
  • Recognition (name and logo) on a social media post.

Gold Sponsor: $1,500

  • Large sponsorship sign placed on the course
  • Recognition (name and logo) on the PowerPoint

  • Recognition (name and logo) on a social media post.

Silver Sponsor: $1,000

  • Small sponsorship sign placed on the course (by the warm-up area on the course)

  • Recognition (name and logo) on a social media post.

Bronze Sponsor: $500

  • Recognition (name only) on the PowerPoint

Frequently Asked Questions

All registration/sponsorship payments must be completed via credit card. At this time, no other payment options are accepted.

A variety of food options will be available during the event. If you have any dietary restrictions that you would like us to be aware of please e-mail golf@grimsby.ca. Please note that you cannot bring your own food or drinks to the event.

A strict dress code is in effect at the Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club, and all guests are expected to conduct themselves in a proper manner and adhere to the rules and etiquette of the golf course (as per the alcohol policy and pace of play policy). Yes – the Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club is a fully-accessible location. If you would like us to be aware of any accessibility concerns ahead of the event please e-mail golf@grimsby.ca.

All play will go forward unless severe weather conditions prevail. In such cases, play will be suspended until clear, or if the play is impossible that same day, a credit for golf in the form of a raincheck will be issued to all participants.

The Town of Grimsby and United Way Niagara reserve the right to photograph its events, and from time to time we may use these photos in our publications or online. By registering for our event, you understand and acknowledge that your photograph may be taken and used.
