The Niagara Region handles the collection of waste, recycling and organics in Grimsby. The Region provides the following services:

Landfills

Residents of Grimsby can make use of the Niagara Road 12 Landfill located in West Lincoln.

Replacing a recycling, organics or composting container

New homeowners can get one free Blue Box, Grey Box, Kitchen Catcher and Green Bin if they do not have them already. Broken containers can be replaced free-of-charge provided you bring the damaged container with you. You can buy extra containers at the same location.
