This popular destination offers a large open space, canoe/kayak launch, waterfront, 1812 BiCentennial Peace Gardens and the start of the 40 Mile Creek side trail. It contains features such as lakefront access, gardens, a public parking lot, washrooms inside the facility, and a recreation trail nearby.
Baker Road North
4 outdoor Pickleball courts that are used for league play and also for drop in visitors. Racquets can be borrowed from the Grimsby Peach King Centre. Use for public times is first come, first served.
46 St. Andrews Avenue
Grimsby also has four full sized tennis courts located at 46 St. Andrews Avenue. The Grimsby tennis courts are operational from mid May to October, weather dependent.
Two of the courts are available for public use during weekday daytime hours.
18 Livingston Activity
The Livingston Activity Centre is a community recreation facility, home to the Grimsby Seniors Club among several other organizations. Featuring an auditorium complete with a stage, full kitchen, several meeting rooms, lounge and boardroom.

Originally built in 1912, and then restored in 2017, the Carnegie building is one of 125 Carnegie buildings constructed in Canada. The facility has a community room that is available for special occasion and weekly rentals.

The Grimsby Lions Community Pool is an outdoor heated pool that operates from mid-June until Labour Day weekend each year. The facility hosts a variety of programming, including swimming lessons, public swims, family swims and adult lane swims.
Main Street
The Grimsby Farmers’ Market runs from May – October each year on Thursdays from 3 – 7 pm. You can find the market in Downtown Grimsby on Main Street between Christie Street and Ontario Street.
