Community Services User Fee Study - Complete Our Survey

The Town of Grimsby is conducting a comprehensive review of recreation and leisure user fees, facilitated by external consulting firm Optimus SBR. Visit our Lets Talk Grimsby page to complete the Survey. 

Survey Open Until January 15, 2025

Residents are encouraged to share their feedback through a public survey that will help shape a fair, accessible, and sustainable user fee structure. The survey covers:

• Recreation and culture program fees (e.g., summer camps, fitness programs, swimming lessons)
• Facility rental fees (e.g., ice rates, sports fields, room rentals, park use)
• Fees for the Grimsby Seniors Club, Public Art Gallery, and Museum

Scope and Objectives
The review will evaluate existing fees, benchmark against comparable municipalities, and explore new revenue opportunities. Community club fees are not included in this study.

Approved recommendations will be implemented starting Q4 2025.
