Increased Security for Release of Tax Information Starting in 2023

In an effort to increase security on the release of tax information, the Town is implementing the use of a PIN, which can be found on your 2022 Final Tax Bill.  See example of the Access Code/PIN field below.  

Effective January 1, 2023, to obtain information regarding your property tax account you will need the following:

1)    In person – Photo Identification to validate identity.

2)    Phone or Email – PIN provided on your 2022 Final Tax Bill.

If you have not received a PIN, please contact Jhenell Martin – Property Tax Administer at 905-945-9634 Ext. 2197 and she will issue a PIN. To ensure security of the PIN’s, they will not be provided over the phone but through a letter sent to the mailing address attached to the property.
