Join us for a Public Information Centre regarding 13 Mountain Street and 19-23 Elm Street
A pre-application proposal has been received by the Town of Grimsby for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law amendment for the lands known at 13 Mountain Street and 19-23 Elm Street.
Please note that no applications have been submitted to the Town of Grimsby at this time.
The purpose and effect of the Public Information Centre (PIC) is for the applicant to provide information on the pre-application proposal prior to the submission of an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment.
This will be an in-person session which will give attendees the opportunity to provide input into the proposal that is being put forward prior to the developer submitting a formal application.
◾Date: Wednesday, December 4 from 5 – 7 p.m.
◾Location: Grimsby Town Hall Atrium (160 Livingston Avenue)
