Patio Permits

DINE@GRIMSBY

Outdoor Dining Patio/Retail Sales Area Encroachment Program

Dine@Grimsby Team aims to provide outdoor dining areas to help some restaurants and bars create a dynamic dining experience for patrons and still adhere to provincial guidelines on patios during the summer/fall seasons.

As part of the Town's ongoing commitment to support economic recovery due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of Grimsby Council has approved Town staff to assess and issue Outdoor Dining Patio Area Encroachment Permits to ease the process required to temporarily expand businesses to patio areas on some public and private properties.
