Niagara Transit Plus - Public Transportation
Niagara Transit Plus is a shared ride service for areas not served by conventional bus routes.
Trips are requested through the Niagara Transit Plus (NT+) App, with pickup at a nearby location based on availability. Microtransit does not follow a fixed route or schedule and may include other riders or stops along the way. Rides can be booked up to seven days in advance.
Active service hours are Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

This service allows residents to travel anywhere within Grimsby, Lincoln, Pelham, Wainfleet, and West Lincoln, and to connect to conventional transit at the St. Catharines Bus Terminal, Welland Bus Terminal, and Port Colborne City Hall.
All rides are harmonized at $3.50 for both inter- and intra-municipal trips. Additional information on fares can be found at: Fares - Niagara Region Transit

Niagara Specialized Transit
Specialized Transit service is an application-based shared-ride service designed to cater to the needs of residents in Niagara who have disabilities and cannot use conventional bus services.
Niagara Specialized Transit operates year-round.
- Monday to Saturday: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed

Transportation Services for Seniors
Community Support Services of Niagara (CSSN) is a non-profit agency that provides transportation services to seniors 60 years of age or older, or adults with disabilities who wish to remain in their homes. Volunteers provide paid rides to medical appointments, banking and grocery shopping.
Rates and notice
A flat rate fee is charged for local rides. Rates for rides outside local area are based on actual mileage. CSSN requires five days' notice to arrange for rides.

Red Cross Grimsby Accessible Transportation program
The Canadian Red Cross provides transportation for the frail, elderly and disabled in the community. The service is for those unable to use public transportation or private means, provided through a partnership between the Canadian Red Cross, Town of Grimsby and the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant LHIN.

General Roads Information
The Town of Grimsby has 171 kilometres of roadway throughout the municipality and 93 kilometres of sidewalk below the escarpment servicing residents and visitors.
QEW interchanges
The Queen Elizabeth Way highway is a six lane major highway that runs from Toronto to Fort Erie. Three interchanges allow access to the Town of Grimsby: Casablanca Boulevard, Christie Street and Bartlett Avenue.

Niagara Region roads are maintained by Regional Public Works Operations. Regionally owned roads include:
- Casablanca Boulevard
- Christie Street
- Mountain Street (below and above the escarpment)
- Mud Street East and West
- Bartlett Avenue
- Livingston Avenue
- Main Street East and West
- South Service Road
Road maintenance and parking
Grimsby's network of local streets and roads are maintained to a high standard and there is ample parking in the downtown core.
